This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is motivated by the opportunity to expand their influence across the organization while growing personally and professionally. The position requires a process-oriented leader who can partner effectively with the financial management team to provide decision support, identify savings opportunities, and improve productivity across the organization. Role Overview: As a Sr.

Financial Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting complex financial data, creating insightful reports, reconciling systems, driving process improvements, supporting the Financial Product Owner in financial data product development, and communicating effectively with stakeholders across the business. Key Responsibilities: Data Interpretation and Modeling Support Perform ad hoc projects and analyses using varied and complex datasets. Develop financial models and analyses using advanced analytical tools and multiple reporting systems; provide accessible insights, projections, and decision-support materials with appropriate guidance.

Drive financial process improvements related to information management, model governance, and reporting efficiency. Maintain complex information models and support end users with financial data extraction, reporting, and analysis. System and Financial Reconciliation Collect, clean, and organize financial data from various sources, including databases and enterprise reporting systems.

Reconcile detailed datasets across multiple source systems using independently developed models and validation processes. Troubleshoot system inconsistencies and partner with IT and operational stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Project Management and Stakeholder Communication Partner with cross-functional teams to lead financial planning and reporting system integration efforts across the global Coffee organization.

Partner with the Product Owner to define product strategy, prioritize business value, and support the delivery of new financial data capabilities. Participate in Agile ways of working and support cross-functional collaboration throughout development cycles. Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards that communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Use data visualization tools to present complex information clearly and concisely. Gather business and development requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmap items. Create compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that translate complex data, insights, and strategic recommendations into clear executive-ready narratives.
