Inside Sales Representative - Canada Government- SSC, CSE, DND, RCMP

Everfox is seeking a results driven Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support our Canada GovernmentSales team working directly with SSC, CSE, DND, RCMP. This role is responsible for managing the remote sales cycle, converting qualified leads into customers, and expanding relationships within the Everfox customer base.

The ISR role is 75% account management and 25% prospecting, working closely with Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers, and channel partners to drive revenue growth and deliver mission-focused solutions to federal customers.

Success in this role is measured by revenue generation, deal close rates, pipeline development, and customer retention.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Everfox Account Executives (AEs) to manage and close transactional deals under $150K.
  • Own and manage qualified leads, guiding prospects through the Everfox sales cycle.
  • Conduct qualification calls, discovery discussions, and coordinate technical demos with Sales Engineers.
  • Manage upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the Everfox installed customer base.
  • Collaborate with Area Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and channel partners to identify new opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, pricing, and quoting with internal Everfox teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline, and activity data in Salesforce CRM.
  • Assist with pipeline forecasting and quarterly sales reporting.
  • Present Everfox solutions to technical and executive stakeholders, including customers and resellers.
  • Participate in marketing events, webinars, and other lead-generation activities when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity, or federal markets
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to qualify leads, manage opportunities, and close deals remotely
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and collaborate across sales teams
  • Canadian Government experience prefered.

A reasonable estimate of the on-target earnings ("OTE") for this role is between:

$89,900.00-143,700.00 USD

The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to the OTE, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
