WHAT WE DO:ย 

We are looking for aย Technology Governance & Risk Senior Analystย to lead and execute our governance and risk management initiatives. This role is central toย our broader Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance program, encompassing global frameworksย which includeย Sarbanes-Oxleyย (SOX), Service Organization Controlsย (SOC) and essential regional regulationsย such as California Consumer Privacy Actย (CCPA)ย andย Protecting Americans' Data from Foreign Adversaries Act (PADFA)ย for cybersecurity.ย 

The Senior Analystwill assist with the development, improvement and maintenance of technology governance and risk processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment with our internal frameworks. This involves technology controls design and implementation, drafting company-wide governance policies, managing risk assessment projects, audit management, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity to advance regional governance initiatives.ย 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:ย 

  • Driveย the execution and maintenance of the governance and risk program to ensure technology and business processesย comply withย global and regionalย cybersecurityย requirements, includingย but not limited to SOX, SOC1, SOC2, CCPA, PADFAA, etc.
  • Executeย the full GRC process, including leading risk assessments, issues analysis,ย controlsย monitoring,ย controlย design, control implementation,ย policy administration, and implementing corrective actions.ย 
  • Partner with stakeholders toย continuously track relevant updates, designs, changes, and trends to ensure compliance.ย ย 
  • Communicate complex governanceย andย riskย issuesย andย prepare reportingย toย stakeholders.ย 
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure thatGRCprocedures are followed and discuss emergingsecurity and privacy complianceissues with the stakeholders.ย 
  • Perform risk and scoping assessments on design documentation andย monitorย technology areas to identify gaps, points of improvements, as well as to ensure compliance.ย 
  • Perform control testing and document test procedures, results, and remediation steps foridentifiedissuesย as related to compliance efforts.ย 
  • Collaborate with engineering, legalย andย businessย teams to address control gaps and ensuretimelyremediation.ย 
  • Collaborate with teams within cybersecurity to ensure compliance with changes to the control environment and regulatory environment.ย ย ย 

WHO YOU ARE:ย 

  • BS or BA in relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, Accounting)ย 
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA,ย CIAย and/or CIPPย preferredย 
  • 4+ years of experience in technology risk management, governance, compliance, internal audit, information security, or related operational role. Big 4 experience preferred.
  • Industry experience in high-technology companies with complex technology environments.ย 
  • Experience with SOX, SOC,ย NIST, andย ISOย frameworksย implementation.ย 
  • Proven ability to design andย implementย ITGCsย andย automated controls.ย 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, make effective judgments, and summarize complex information.ย 
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; proven cross-functional collaboration.ย 
  • Experience with GRC platforms (e.g.,ย AuditBoard) orย leveragingย AI tools for GRCย preferred.ย 
  • Light coding skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or APIs) to support automationย preferred.ย
