• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and define appropriate therapy goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based strategies to address each client's specific mental health issues.
• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective modalities to facilitate therapeutic engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to the treatment of clients.
• Educate and empower clients' families to enhance their understanding of mental health challenges and promote active involvement in the recovery process.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises, you will work primarily with adults struggling with a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on creating a safe therapeutic space where clients can explore their feelings, set meaningful goals, and build healthier coping mechanisms.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Evidence of specialized training or significant experience in mental health counseling.
• A solid grasp of evidence-based treatments for various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic skills to establish rapport and motivate clients toward recovery.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively collaborate within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

We prefer candidates with a minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting. Experience with diverse client populations and familiarity with telehealth platforms will be advantageous. An understanding of the latest advancements in mental health is also a plus, as we value continuous learning.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
