• Work directly with clients to identify their individual treatment needs and collaboratively set achievable therapeutic goals that enhance their mental health.
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy sessions tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
• Regularly implement and review client treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary based on progress and feedback.
• Engage in collaboration with other treatment providers, community resources, and placement agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Ensure that all client documentation, session notes, and treatment updates are meticulously completed and submitted in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain an active caseload while leveraging our referral system to grow your practice without the logistical burdens typically associated with private practice.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance your professional skills, share insights, and contribute to our continually evolving workplace culture.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other serious mental health disorders. Our focus extends to various age groups and backgrounds, ensuring that you gain a rich experience in working with different patient populations.

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients.
• Strong leadership qualities and a collaborative mindset, essential for a cohesive team environment.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and intervention strategies.

• Previous experience in mental health counseling or related fields, demonstrating your ability to handle complex therapeutic situations.
• Experience working in community health settings or telehealth environments is highly valued.
