Position Overview
As a Restaurant Shift Lead, you will have a responsibility to deliver Capriotti's mission of “Sharing Our Passion One Sandwich at a Time.” You’ll prepare high-quality food, provide excellent guest service, maintain a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, and manage a restaurant team members. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced setting, has experience and wants to grow within the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
Responsibilities
  • Manage restaurant team members and daily operations
  • Support inventory and scheduling administration
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to every guest
  • Prepare sandwiches, salads, and menu items according to Capriotti's recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
  • Take orders accurately at the point-of-sale register
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other shift leads to ensure excellent service
  • Complete required training programs and development programs
  • Help create a positive, high-energy team environment
