  • As a Collaboration Platform Administrator, you will provide operational support and administration for collaboration ecosystem. You''''ll work closely with engineers, security teams, service owners, business partners, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement platform improvements, support integrations, and ensure our messaging and collaboration services remain highly available, secure, and scalable.
  • The ITSS Collaboration Platforms team enables client employees to communicate, collaborate, and work securely across the globe.
  • Administer and support enterprise messaging and collaboration technologies including Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, Cisco Cloud Email Security, and a portfolio of SaaS collaboration applications. Team focuses on delivering secure, reliable, and scalable messaging and collaboration services while driving operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement.

  • Administer and support enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms including Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, Cisco Cloud Email Security, and other SaaS collaboration services.
  • Manage and troubleshoot enterprise email services, including mail flow, message hygiene, transport rules, mail routing, connectors, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and email authentication technologies such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Support enterprise email security by administering Cisco Cloud Email Security policies, investigating phishing and spoofing incidents, analyzing message traces, and partnering with Information Security on email-related threats and escalations.
  • Perform day-to-day platform administration, configuration, troubleshooting, incident response, and service restoration while meeting established service level objectives.
  • Support platform security through identity management, access controls, data protection policies, and security best practices.
  • Configure and support collaboration applications such as Monday.com, Figma, Lucid Software, Smartsheet, Calendly, Zoom, and related productivity platforms.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between collaboration platforms using APIs, automation tools, and third-party applications.
  • Support AI-enabled capabilities across collaboration platforms, including AI assistants, workflow automation, MCP servers, approved third-party AI integrations, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Create and maintain automation using PowerShell, Google Apps Script, Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop operational reporting, dashboards, and metrics to improve service health, platform adoption, email deliverability, and operational efficiency.
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in change management activities, platform upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Identity, Infrastructure, Compliance, Legal, Vendor Support, and business stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Partner with service owners and vendors to evaluate new features, validate platform changes, and support the rollout of enhancements that improve security, reliability, and the employee collaboration experience.
  • Participate in a global follow-the-sun weekday operational support rotation, providing on-call coverage during assigned regional business hours and ensuring seamless support through coordinated handoffs across global teams.

 

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms in large-scale environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack Enterprise Grid, and enterprise email infrastructure.
  • Experience administering enterprise email security platforms such as Cisco Cloud Email Security (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Proofpoint, Mimecast, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise mail flow, SMTP, message routing, connectors, transport rules, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email security best practices.
  • Experience troubleshooting complex email delivery issues, message trace analysis, phishing investigations, and mail routing problems.
  • Experience supporting SaaS collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Figma, Lucid Software, Smartsheet, Calendly, Zoom, or similar technologies.
  • Experience supporting identity and access management technologies, including SSO, SAML, SCIM provisioning, OAuth, and enterprise authentication.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, Google Workspace APIs, Slack APIs, automation platforms, or scripting languages such as PowerShell or Google Apps Script.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools, AI agents, MCP servers, workflow automation, and enterprise governance of AI capabilities.
  • Experience using monitoring, reporting, or log analysis tools such as Splunk or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple cloud platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and support both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting collaboration and messaging platforms in a large global enterprise environment (20,000+ users).
  • Experience administering Slack Enterprise Grid in a large enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online PowerShell, Google Apps Script, Google Workspace Admin APIs, or similar administrative automation tools.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI governance, enterprise AI capabilities, AI-powered automation, and collaboration platform integrations.
