Job description

Hawaii Senior Care is a licensed home care company based in downtown Honolulu. Our business is growing and we are looking for a quick learner who is good with people to join our team as a scheduler.
Applicants must be flexible and willing and able to work nights (until 10:30 pm) and weekends.

Our scheduler needs to:
  • Have a good computer and phone skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with other office staff, clients, and caregivers.
  • Become familiar with clients and caregivers so there is a good match during shifts.
  • Be proficient in MS Office, and Google Docs, and be able to learn other software.
  • Be able to handle multiple tasks at a time, and know how to prioritize.

Training will be provided. We are looking for people with a positive attitude, willing to learn, and who want to help our clients and caregivers!
