The Role
This is a full-time remote position. We are looking for a highly technical, self-directed professional to own and scale our web and digital marketing presence - from development and hosting through to paid ads, SEO, analytics, and creative execution. This role requires you to balance hands-on development with ongoing marketing operations and to communicate your work clearly with the wider team.
What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites (front-end and back-end as required).
  • Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and performance optimization.
  • Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns - Search, Display, and retargeting.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO: site structure, metadata, page speed, and indexing.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics via Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads reporting.
  • Create and edit web and marketing graphics as needed.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • Strong experience with website development and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience managing Google Ads accounts and budgets.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with performance optimization, website security, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Graphic design experience using Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience with technical SEO audits and remediation.
  • Familiarity with hosting providers, cPanel, or cloud environments.
  • Understanding conversion tracking, tag management, and analytics.
  • Social media management experience across multiple platforms.
