Job description

Job Description
  1. Lead a global contract management team, accountable for ensuring they deliver on all managed service accountabilities.
  2. Ensure global compliance of contractual processes while managing different contracting methods including GC, PMC, EPC, D&B, etc.
  3. Lead communications, as a dedicated point of contact, with the client and oversight of contract management team services.
  4. Produce and maintain all dashboards in Looker Studio, ensure high quality of data to allow for data driven decisions.
  5. Analyze project performance metrics in Looker Studio and track action plans in Microsoft Office as well as Google Docs and Sheets.
  6. Use Looker Studio to analyze live data to identify outliers and trends to drive a proactive approach to service delivery.
  7. Ensure global team meets client specific KPIs and SLAs.
  8. Review documentation in a variety of Microsoft and Google software for Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  9. Present and interpret communication materials to clients including charts, Looker Studio data, Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
  10. Use E-builder to ensure workflow compliance.
  11. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within existing software, including e-builder, Accord, Google Sheets, etc.
  12. Lead the strategic and operational management of Contract Management Services, including resource planning and management, financial management, business generation and training and development.
  13. Utilize Hive to ensure compliant commission management including credit control, Health and Safety, assurance, etc.
  14. Utilize internal Contracts Database to ensure risk management processes are followed, highlight high risk contractual clauses and ensure mitigation.
  15. Business Generation - record all opportunities for business generation are accurately recorded on D365 and updated regularly to provide accurate forecasting. Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities.
  16. Undertake internal BMS audits, and coordinate and represent the office for external audits undertaken by the external certification authority.
  17. Financial Management - Use Microsoft D365, to forecast project margin and revenue, track ongoing revenue, margin levels and monthly fees and resource requirements for each cost commission.
  18. Prepare proposals/RFP responses for new clients/projects.
  19. Ensure SOX compliance in all financial matters.
