Shift: Day Shift
Position Description
The Shipping Clerk works as a member of the Shipping Team to ensure customer
orders are shipped accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced warehouse
environment. This role supports daily shipping goals, maintains compliance and
safety standards, and contributes to continuous improvement of shipping processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ship customer orders on schedule while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly shipping targets.
  • Process shipments and perform accurate data entry in the ERP system (Odoo).
  • Verify shipment accuracy, documentation, and labels prior to carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping work area.
  • Participate in regular inventory audits.
  • Proactively identify errors or process issues and recommend solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve shipping issues and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance standards are met when handling regulated products.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including OSHA standards, injury reporting,
  • and workers' compensation guidelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Prior shipping or warehouse experience required.
  • Basic computer skills with experience operating an ERP system.
