The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to support our Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development/Asset Management and the broader Real Estate team.
This is more than a traditional administrative role—this position offers exposure to real estate development projects, investment activities, and cross-functional operations, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to grow within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
Real Estate amp; Project Support
  • Coordinate development and asset management projects, including tracking timelines and deliverables
  • Support due diligence processes, including consultant coordination and documentation
  • Assist with contract administration for vendors (tracking, compliance, payments, insurance)
  • Prepare and distribute recurring reports for internal stakeholders
  • Support development of investment committee materials (agendas, memos, presentations)
  • Assist with project-related operational needs, including site coordination

Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for senior leadership
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting materials
  • Coordinate internal meetings, including agendas and logistics
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Real Estate team

Department Operations
  • Coordinate events, sponsorships, and marketing-related activities
  • Track department memberships, subscriptions, and renewals
  • Support compliance-related processes, including coordination with external partners
  • Assist with special projects, initiatives, and team operations

What Were Looking For
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or real estate/development environments
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams preferred
  • Exposure to real estate development, construction, or asset management
