Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
  • Experience creating insights using business analytics, and presenting findings and recommendations.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, responding to, coordinating, and managing a large number of executive stakeholders.
  • Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Experience building lasting relationships and a proven ability to meet and exceed goals in a changing environment.
  • Experience driving strategic assessments across products or regions to address opportunity areas and recommending a way forward alongside resource requirements.
  • A proven ability to be successful in a complex, globally-scaled product, sales and engineering environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop hypotheses against complex opportunity areas, synthesize findings into actionable insights, and drive action to power the business.
  • Develop, run and maintain business operational cadence and processes to improve business performance.
  • Own large, complex projects and be responsible for end-to-end outcomes and deliverables, while proactively identifying new opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Support regional teams in issues to enable a common set of processes and insights.
  • Communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders in a structured and compelling manner.
