Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data to uncover insights, with a proven ability to synthesize and simplify complex information into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Influence team members and executive management to act and drive projects to completion.
  • Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing the organization and achieving goals.
  • Lead strategic projects that are operationally intensive and cross-functional to ensure there is structure and timely delivery of project goals. Drive end-to-end operational accuracy to ensure flawless execution of the highest-priority goals.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and timelines for each project, regular metrics reporting, that tie back to strategic goals, and post-implementation impact analysis. Lead Objectives and Key Result (OKR) scoring.
  • Support annual planning activities for the Education portfolio.
