  • Implement A/B testing for creative, ad copy, audience strategies, and report findings in a clear/concise manner
  • Experience building ad reports for various levels of the business, including senior executive stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with a team for more complex and large-scale campaigns when needed
  • Understand pixel implementation on websites for data collection and conversion tracking and help build new infrastructure that ties into audience measurement.

Bring your VIBE:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, or communications preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in paid media with an emphasis on social platforms, including full ownership, ranging from strategy to execution
  • Experience with media planning and buying through Meta, Google AdWords, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and other DSPs
  • Understanding of Google Merchant Center, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Catalog Manager, TikTok Catalog Manager, and Shopify
  • Experience with DoubleClick, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Linkfire, Big Query, Datorama, DOMO, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for insights and action
  • Must have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and be comfortable working in a dynamic, unstructured environment on complex projects
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate music fan with insight into different music fandoms, how fans engage/interact online, CRM tactics, audience building/lead-gen strategy - all a huge plus.
