The Opportunity
As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy software and platform systems that create Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based solutions at scale. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, learning how to manage and inspire others.
In this role, you will design AI systems, engage in data wrangling, and implement software to make AI models useful and scalable. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality solutions while navigating increasingly complex situations. Embracing ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities for growth, asking questions and developing your personal brand. This position offers a chance to deepen your technical skills and contribute to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing AI systems to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Developing scalable machine learning models using Python and TensorFlow

- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $151,470. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
