Customized JD For - IT Automation Engineer

Summary- IT automation engineer who has a ability to design and maintain automation solutions for IT systems across cloud and on-prem environments. This role involves scripting, integrating tools, troubleshooting, and supporting automation workflows.

Must-Have:

  • Automation scripting using Python or PowerShell
  • Experience with automation tools like Ansible or SaltStack
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms)
  • Full-stack development (web apps and APIs)
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent exp
  • 5+ years of experience in IT automation or DevOps

Good-to-Have:

  • Programming in Go or Rust
  • Experience with Victoria Metrics, Nautobot, Grafana, BigPanda, Loki
  • Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring and observability tools
  • On-call support experience

Day To Day - Responsibilities
