LOCATION: Austin, TX / In-Office

SCHEDULE: Up to 22 hours per week

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist Intern to join our team. This role will support the setup, onboarding, and management of paid media campaigns, primarily across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The intern will work closely with our strategists to ensure campaigns are properly launched, optimized, and deliver measurable results for our clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in onboarding new paid media accounts, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and on time.
  • Support day-to-day management of paid campaigns, primarily on Google Ads and Meta. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Daily budget monitoring
    • Ad copy updates
    • Identify necessary changes
    • Keyword research
  • Monitor performance metrics and help prepare reports for the team and clients.
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in digital advertising.
  • Performs other related digital media duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (prior coursework, certifications, or internship experience preferred but not required).
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
