SUMMARY: Stride, Inc. is seeking digital marketing professional to help drive significant revenue growth across our lines of business including General Education and Private Education.

Stride is looking for a paid media intern to broaden the efficiency and scale of the display, paid social & digital video marketing channels across all lines of business. Reporting to and collaborating with Paid Media Managers and Paid Media Specialists who are responsible for the hands-on execution of paid social, paid display and/or digital video across multiple platforms.

This position requires an individual who is analytically minded, data-driven in their decision-making process and familiar with marketing technologies. This role must understand digital marketing best practices with an innate curiosity to continually investigate new trends and disruptive approaches to improve the company's acquisition results. The Paid Media Intern will be expected to work closely and collaborate with internal partners to test new strategies and assist in managing a cadence of creative testing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for hands-on platform reporting for paid social, paid display and digital video campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google Demand Gen & YouTube

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to improve conversion rates, decrease cost per application, grow volume and reach business objectives.

  • Working with Paid Media Manager and Specialists on execution of digital campaigns across platforms and all lines of business utilizing the latest technologies and best practices.

  • Work with Paid Media Managers and Specialists to meet and exceed channel-specific volume and efficiency goals and offer proactive strategic campaign recommendations.

  • Regularly report on channels' performance and make recommendations for both scale and efficiency improvements.

  • Work closely with Paid Media Manager and Specialists to ensure campaigns have message optimization and creative alignment throughout peak and off-season.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Pursuing a college degree in related marketing fields.

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on experience in multiple display and video platforms and campaign types, including but not limited to: Meta, Google Ads, Google Demand Gen & YouTube.
  • Ability to gain useful consumer and brand insights using platform data
  • MS 365; Web proficiency
  • Desire for continuous learning and professional development

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections.

We anticipate this position will pay $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
