As the Tech Process Senior Associate (Email Campaign Builder), you will serve as a vital member of moving a program from conception to completion. You will leverage your expertise in marketing automation to influence best practices, streamline production and execution, and optimize program performance. You'll be responsible for building components essential to the program including emails, landing pages, and campaigns. You'll collaborate with delivery managers to ensure the accuracy of final deliverables and troubleshoot potential discrepancies.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $62,000 - $74,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Position Responsibilities:

Email Design and Development:

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually compelling and responsive email templates that adhere to brand guidelines

  • Code HTML and CSS emails from scratch or using email marketing platforms

  • Ensure emails render correctly across various email clients and devices

  • Implement dynamic content and personalization elements in emails

Campaign Execution:

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Set up automated email workflows for marketing and service update campaigns

  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of emails to target audiences

Testing and Optimization:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any rendering or deliverability issues using Litmus

  • Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

  • A/B test different email elements (e.g., subject lines, calls to action, design layouts) to improve engagement and conversion rates

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and target audiences

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on email development best practices

  • Stay up-to-date on email marketing trends and technologies

  • Collaborate with teammates to continuously optimize output and program performance

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years overall experience in email development with 2 years experience in marketing automation tools such as Eloqua, Marketo, Marketing Cloud, etc.

  • Proficient in HTML and/or CSS and can develop the HTML code from scratch

  • Experience in various email technology tools and digital marketing automation program management such as email, paid media, event experience

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to identify and communicate issues to team lead and collaborate on troubleshooting

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with code developing tools such as Dreamweaver

  • Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver

  • Understanding of marketing operations, processes, business requirements

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects
