About the Role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Creative Assistant to support graphic design, social media, digital marketing, and basic website projects.

This position will report directly to the Digital Account Manager and assist with the day-to-day execution of client marketing projects. The role includes creating graphics, preparing social media content, editing short-form video, supporting digital campaigns, and making basic website updates.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with multiple brands, can follow creative direction, and is able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.

Responsibilities
  • Create graphics and digital materials for social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, events, and other marketing needs
  • Create and prepare social media content for multiple client accounts, including captions, graphics, short-form videos, and Reels
  • Schedule approved social media content and help maintain content calendars
  • Research content ideas, industry topics, competitors, trends, and relevant holidays
  • Follow established brand guidelines and maintain consistency across client materials
  • Assist with blogs, website content, email marketing, and other digital campaigns
  • Organize marketing assets and help keep assigned projects on schedule
  • Assist with basic website updates, including uploading blogs and images and making simple text, image, link, and button changes
  • Help review website pages for formatting and accuracy
  • Make revisions based on internal and client feedback
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in both Figma and Canva is required
  • Experience with CapCut and short-form video editing is required
  • Experience creating graphics and digital content for social media
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
  • Ability to follow established brand guidelines and creative direction
  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Adobe Firefly
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience with Elementor or another website page builder
