Role Description
  • Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance
  • Demonstrate consistent, longer-term success in assisting the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory. Prospect to new residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services.
  • Assist the team in building a lead pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow ups.
  • Display expert communication skills internally and externally, and be able to partner with other GFiber team members to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience.
  • Display expert knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment. Communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers.
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience with quota carrying sales or account management experience.
  • 1 year of coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager).
  • A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation during the workday.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
It's preferred if you have:
  • 3 years of experience in sales carrying a quota.
  • 2 years of sales management experience coaching and training other sales representatives.
  • Experience working in sales in the ISP or telecom industry.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or other lead management software.
  • Demonstrated success managing long-term relationships and meeting customer care success metrics.

This role offers a competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $106,880 annually ( $64,000 base + sales bonus) + benefits.
