Job Summary
Under general supervision, perform a variety of moderately responsible clerical work which involves the learning of specialized procedures; maintain office and program files and data; handle a variety of student, teacher, and public contacts; type reports and similar materials; and perform related office clerical duties as required.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Proof of HS Graduation

Other requirements: three (3) years of clerical experience; keyboarding speed of 35 WPM ability to operate a variety of standard office equipment, as well as computer applications including Microsoft Office and Google environments.
Tentative testing date 9/5/2026 by invitation only.
Fluency in Spanish Language desirable.
