Nous recherchons un Conseiller / une conseillère en Cybermétrie (web analytique), vivant pour les statistiques Web, les chiffres et chiffriers. Si tu sais et aimerais exploiter les données (Digital Analytics) pour élever l’intelligence d’affaires et contribuer à définir les stratégies et tactiques digitales de nos clients avec notre équipe de stratèges, nous voulons te rencontrer !
Tu seras responsable de produire, d'alimenter et d'améliorer les rapports de performance en fonction des objectifs de nos clients. En tant que spécialiste, tu émettras des recommandations basées sur l'analyse des métriques web pour guider nos clients dans leurs décisions stratégiques.
Tu collaboreras avec divers intervenants, tant en interne (équipes de stratégie, conception, développement, etc.) qu’en externe (clients), tout au long des projets web, mobiles ou sociaux. Ton rôle inclura également la promotion des avantages de la cybermétrie auprès de ces intervenants.
Tu auras pour mission d'aider les entreprises à améliorer la mesure de leur performance web en mettant en place des solutions de suivi et d'analyse sur leurs sites et applications mobiles.
Tâches et responsabilités du poste
  • Participer à la mise en place d’outils de mesure, y compris la rédaction des instructions d’intégration ;
  • Élaborer des stratégies de mesure (les données qui sont collectées et comment elles sont organisées) ;
  • Configurer les outils de mesure pour les sites web et applications, notamment GA4, Google Tag Manager et Google Looker Studio ;
  • Définir des objectifs et des indicateurs de performance (KPI) ;
  • Produire des rapports d’analyse et formuler des recommandations régulières ;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe interne de stratèges numériques et de contenus ;

  • Une aisance à préparer et à présenter les livrables produits dans le cadre de tes fonctions ;
  • La capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations professionnelles solides avec les clients et collègues ;
  • Une grande rigueur, une attention méticuleuse aux détails, une vivacité d'esprit, une grande autonomie, de l’initiative et un excellent sens de l’organisation ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des tendances actuelles et des évolutions technologiques ;
  • Un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience pertinente ;
  • Une expérience avec l’implémentation de sites e-commerce (atout) ;
  • Une expérience avec la solution BigQuery et une compréhension des concepts de bases de données en général (atout) ;

What we're looking for
We are seeking a Web Analytics Consultant who lives for web statistics, numbers, and spreadsheets. If you know how to and enjoy leveraging data (Digital Analytics) to elevate business intelligence and contribute to defining our clients' digital strategies and tactics with our team of strategists, we want to meet you!
You will be responsible for producing, maintaining, and improving performance reports based on our clients' objectives. As a specialist, you will make recommendations based on web metrics analysis to guide our clients in their strategic decisions.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally (strategy, design, development teams, etc.) and externally (clients), throughout web, mobile, or social projects. Your role will also include promoting the benefits of web analytics to these stakeholders.
Your mission will be to help companies improve the measurement of their web performance by implementing tracking and analysis solutions on their websites and mobile applications.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Participate in the implementation of measurement tools, including writing integration instructions.
  • Develop measurement strategies (the data that is collected and how it is organized).
  • Set up measurement tools for websites and apps, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Define goals and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Produce analysis reports and provide regular recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the internal team of digital and content strategists.
  • Compile, analyze, and disseminate website performance data on a regular or ad hoc basis.

Required Qualifications and Characteristics
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position.
  • A solid technical understanding of measurement tool implementation, with previous participation in similar projects or activities.
  • Practical experience with Google Analytics.
