Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Statements of Work (SOWs) and service agreements.
  • Experience in corporate accounting, managing purchase order lifecycles, and accounts payable/accounts receivable processes.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and process documentation.
  • Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
  • Experience with SQL (e.g., query, merge, filter, subquery).
  • Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.
  • Knowledge of local authority requirements to help ensure the successful running of the data center.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute work assignments with varying degrees of supervision.
  • Act as the point of contact for projects as assigned by the facility manager.
  • Prepare Statement of Work (SoW) for facility operations agreements.
  • Obtain facilities-related vendor proposals, prepare purchase orders, and review/approve invoices.
  • Work with support service vendors to resolve conflicts and issues under the direction of the facility manager.
