Job description

Role: Google Cloud Platform Architect  With MDM Experience

Location: Local to Houston, TX (3 days onsite)

Domain Focus: Identity Resolution, Customer 360, Master Data Management (MDM), Golden Record Formation, Data Governance.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, master data management, or enterprise data platforms.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proven experience delivering Identity Resolution and Golden Record initiatives at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture

  • Design end-to-end cloud-native identity resolution and Golden Record formation solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Define scalable architecture patterns for customer, product, provider, and enterprise master data domains.
  • Establish data integration frameworks to ingest and process structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems.

Identity Resolution

  • Design deterministic and probabilistic matching strategies for customer identity resolution.
  • Develop entity matching frameworks leveraging: Exact matching, Fuzzy matching, Machine learning-based matching, Survivorship, and confidence scoring.
  • Define identity graphs and entity relationship models for cross-channel identity management.
  • Establish matching thresholds, merging rules, and exception handling processes.

Golden Record Formation

  • Design and implement Golden Record creation frameworks.
  • Define survivorship rules and source system prioritization.
  • Develop data standardization, cleansing, enrichment, and consolidation processes.
  • Ensure Golden Records maintain consistency, accuracy, completeness, and traceability.

Google Cloud Platform Data Platform Development

Design solutions using Google Cloud Platform services such as: BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Composer, Vertex AI, Dataplex, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run

  • Build streaming and batch data processing architectures.
  • Implement scalable metadata and reference data management capabilities.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Define enterprise data quality frameworks and KPIs.
  • Implement monitoring for: Completeness, Uniqueness, Accuracy, Consistency, Timeliness
  • Collaborate with governance teams to establish business rules, stewardship workflows, and audit mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements including GDPR, CCPA, and healthcare standards where applicable.

 

Advanced Analytics & AI

  • Utilize Vertex AI and ML models to improve match accuracy and identity resolution.
  • Implement continuous learning mechanisms for matching and survivorship optimization.
  • Enable customer 360 and analytical data products leveraging Golden Records.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, engineering teams, product owners, and governance teams.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across delivery teams.
