Tommy's is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to be responsible for crafting and executing campaigns that drive results and revenue using channels like Meta and programmatic platforms. This role combines hands-on, in-platform work with a strong analytical mindset to monitor KPIs and optimize performance. You'll collaborate with our in-house creative and retail teams to ensure that campaigns align with the business goals and deliver measurable impact.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement paid media campaigns for Tommy's Express Car Wash's Brand Fund and In House Agency while supporting the national brand and strategy.
  • Oversee end-to-end management of nationwide paid media campaigns across various platforms, ensuring maximum ROI (return on investment) and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with Paid Media Manager to develop and execute campaigns including but not limited to Meta, Google Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
  • Collaborate effectively with the other members of the Paid Media team, Creative team, and Retail team to meet the goals defined by the company.
  • Provide data to show revenue growth from paid media efforts
  • Consult with Regional Marketing Consultants to recommend Paid Media strategies to our Franchise Partners
  • Leverage CRM data and audience insights to inform segmentation, targeting, and offer development
  • Identify, monitor, and report on monthly performance and KPIs
  • Initiate and execute tests to push the bounds of our ad strategies
  • Identify problems and inefficiencies in both campaigns and processes and implement effective solutions promptly
  • Stay current on the latest paid media trends and best practices

Position Qualifications & Candidate Attributes:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent formal training/certifications and experience in marketing or related field required
  • 2+ years experience in Paid Media
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing Metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to analyze data and provide data-driven/evidence-based results
  • Desire for continued education in the ever-changing digital landscape
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Technical savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience within database systems a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Work Environment and Physical Demands
This job operates in a professional office environment. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and operates primarily indoors with limited to no travel expectation.
To successfully perform the essential functions of this job, team member must be able to:
