Our Call Center Representatives are local to Houston, TX or any of the other locations operated by our company, yet work remotely to service thousands of prospects and members in their wellness journey.

  • Make 10+ prospect bookings per day
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Build client rapport
  • Identify customers’ needs and ask clarifying questions
  • Research issues and educate clients on solutions
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Attend regular team meetings
  • Other duties as assigned
