Your future role at a glance

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Facility: St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center

Department: St. Vincent Hospital Foundation

Schedule:  Full-time | Days | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Maintain oversight of restricted and unrestricted funds, and fund stewards across the ministry.
  • Manage the Foundation's grant request process and related funding reviews.
  • Provide predictive analytics, trend reporting, and decision-support insights
  • Maintain accurate fund records, balances, and stewardship contacts and prepare fund reports and statements as needed
  • Partner with Foundation leaders and fund stewards to develop short- and long-term plans for fund utilization.
What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional requirements you'll need

Bachelors Degree preferred

Fund Administrator experience preferred

Google Apps & Scripts experience is a plus

Non-Profit Foundation experience preferred
