Facility: St. Vincent Hospital and Health Care Center
Department: St. Vincent Hospital Foundation
Schedule: Full-time | Days | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
How you'll make an impact in this role- Maintain oversight of restricted and unrestricted funds, and fund stewards across the ministry.
- Manage the Foundation's grant request process and related funding reviews.
- Provide predictive analytics, trend reporting, and decision-support insights
- Maintain accurate fund records, balances, and stewardship contacts and prepare fund reports and statements as needed
- Partner with Foundation leaders and fund stewards to develop short- and long-term plans for fund utilization.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Certification specializing in Fund Raising preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Bachelors Degree preferred
Fund Administrator experience preferred
Google Apps & Scripts experience is a plus
Non-Profit Foundation experience preferred
