Job description

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As Senior Digital Customer Analytics Analyst, you will identify and communicate business insights by analyzing digital customer funnel and performance data. You will identify business questions, extract data through relational databases or cloud platforms, analyze and interpret the data and develop insights into stories to assist with business-critical decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced ad hoc analysis for customer, program, offer and channel performance, consulting with leadership on required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify, collect and manipulate primary and secondary data from various sources (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) to answer complex business questions

  • Develop, maintain and automate dashboards and reporting focused on key digital KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement, Lifetime Values (LTV))

  • Lead deep-dive analyses (funnels, cohorts, attribution, A/B testing) across digital touchpoints (web, app, email, paid media)

  • Partner with Product and UX teams to evaluate feature performance and identify optimization opportunities

  • Support Marketing teams with campaign measurement, audience segmentation and comprehensive customer journey analysis

  • Ensure data quality and consistency across all analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe/Google Analytics)

  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling and organized insights for non-technical leadership stakeholders

  • Proactively identify significant trends, risks and growth opportunities to influence strategic business decisions

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous development of analytics best practices and standards

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, math, research or behavioral Sciences

  • 5+ years of digital and/or customer analytics and insights experience

  • Advanced SQL skills

  • Experience with Adobe Clickstream data or equivalent site funnel data

  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.)

  • Modeling experience

  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Qlik, Tableau, Data Studio)

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform services and other big data technologies

Preferred

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
