We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Analytics Architect to spearhead our data analytics initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance. This role requires deep expertise in Google Big Query, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), and Looker dashboards, along with strong leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will manage a team of analysts, define data strategies, and ensure our analytics ecosystem is optimized for scalability and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Strategy Development:
    1. Define and implement the organization's data analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
    2. Identify and prioritize key analytics projects to optimize decision-making and performance.
  2. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and data professionals.
    2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights:
    1. Conduct advanced data analysis using BigQuery and other tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
    2. Provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across departments.
  4. Tool and Technology Management:
    1. Oversee the selection, implementation, with a focus on GA4, BigQuery, and Looker
    2. Ensure data systems are scalable and optimized for business needs.
  5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and product development, to address data needs.
    2. Present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Data Governance:
    1. Establish and enforce data governance policies and practices.
    2. Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  2. Experience:
    1. Proven experience (10+ years) in analytics, business intelligence, or a related domain.
    2. Prior experience in managing or leading teams is preferred.
  3. Technical Skills:
    1. Expertise in Google BigQuery, GA4, and Looker dashboards (mandatory).
    2. Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis/programming languages.
    3. Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
    4. Experience with Google Tag Manager and A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
  4. Soft Skills:
    1. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
