Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specializing in Experiential Marketing, Sales and Merchandising, and Interactive. What will you do?

The Account Manager will service, retain, and grow their designated client in the consumer electronics portfolio.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

  • Project & Timeline Management: Manage all program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for your account. Proactively track progress against the plan, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met. Deliver against and exceed client expectations
  • Client Services: Work closely with your client to oversee the planning, execution, delivery and reconciliation of multiple projects while working with cross functional teams including Field, Operations, Analytics, and Events.
  • Adaptability: Respond to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions
  • Details Obsessed: You are the voice of both your client as well as the program, you ensure accuracy of the details. Thorough note-taking, asking the important questions, thinking critically, and staying organized are all vital abilities

Qualifications

Qualifications:    

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have 3-5 years project management experience in an agency environment or in the wireless industry
  • Experience in the wireless and retail industry is an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills
  • Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment
  • Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables
  • Excellent Google Workspace skills (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Doc, etc)
  • Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport required for international business travel
  • Located near an International Airport with regular flights to Mexico, up to 25% travel
