The starting pay for this position is $20.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Perform tire and automotive services (including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs and other mobile services, while delivering an excellent customer experience).
  • Maintain independence on assigned routes - Safely driving between appointments, while representing Goodyear. Conduct proper safety checks when preparing for and performing service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process, while always fully understanding the customer's needs. Demonstrate proficient knowledge of our products and services (including warranties, promotions and advertisements).
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks (including pre-preparation of equipment, loading vehicles, cleaning-up the worksite and product reconciliation).
  • Performing a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting (consumer tires and wheels), standing, bending, and squatting
  • Opportunity to travel to other cities outside of your home market to train others or receive additional training on new technology and techniques

Basic Qualifications :
  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • A valid driver's license
  • Six- month automotive experience
  • No relocation is being offered for this position
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
  • Three months of customer service experience is preferred
