WhatYou'llGetToDo:

  • Ensurescustomer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning ticketsandprocessing paymentwhile following cash handling standards.

  • Educatescustomers onRound Upprogramto achieveprogramgoals.

  • Informscustomers onGoodPointsprogram to achieveprogramgoals.

  • Operatestelephoneincluding professionally answering calls andoperatingthe paging system.

  • Ensuresitems are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.

  • Assistscustomers inlocatingitems when possible orseeksassistancefor the customer if unable to help.

  • Maintains aclean, safe, and organizedwork area; completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lotmaintenance.

  • Independently twist,lift, carry,pushorpull moderate (10pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team liftfor objects weighing over 25 pounds.

  • Reach (approximately 54inches).

  • Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.

  • Sufficienthand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.

  • Verbally communicate to exchange information.
