We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead a busy retail store and ensure seamless daily operations. You will manage customer service, inventory, and sales while creating a positive and engaging shopping experience. This role also focuses on coaching and supporting a high-performing team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you play a key role in driving store success, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding experience for every customer.

$17 per hour


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate daily store operations, including sales floor activities, merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
  • Evaluate employee performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and support professional growth
  • Foster collaboration across departments to meet store objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Recruit, hire, and train team members to build a competent, diverse, and motivated workforce
  • Assist in developing and executing corrective action plans for operational issues

Qualifications:
  • Experience fostering a positive and productive work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, or the ability to obtain one through The Excel Center
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction
