THE POSITION:

Are you an active leader with a passion for the inventory and production industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced material handling environment?

As a Warehouse Keyholder, you will:

  • Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers and vendors
  • Partner with the Purchasing Leadership to train, develop, supervise, and evaluate team members
  • Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill purchased goods process
  • Support the operations of the store with necessary activities such as open/close, inventory control, processing and rotation of donated goods, and loading/unloading of trucks
  • Manage good stewardship of donations and stay current with knowledge of merchandise, industry trends, and competitive pricing
  • Creates and tracks inventory through data entry, reports using excel

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team leader, team members, customers, and clients
  • Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude and a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to sit, stand, bend and reach for extended periods of time
  • Able to lift, push, pull up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed, or using material moving equipment of team lift. Also able to climb in and out of trailers
  • Ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer), and adequate distance to guide the parking of vehicles
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  • Skill of operation monitoring, watching indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
