POSITION SUMMARY
The CP Production Associate is responsible for loading, unloading, moving, sorting, grading and pricing/tagging donated goods at a required pace, and for performing basic record keeping associated with central processing production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Sorting and pricing of donated items, garments and hard lines with limited supervision; monitoring and recording production levels, and meeting production goals.
  2. Load, unload and move donated goods, materials, from pallets, racks or shelves to maintain workflow of production cycle and to distribute donated materials.
  3. Keep aisles free from debris and remove obstructions from production floors. Ensure work areas and facilities remain clean and organized. Inform Team Leader or Manager of possible safety hazards.
  4. May be required to supply Team Members with materials, boxes, barrels, containers, etc. by walking stations to identify and restock supplies, as well as other donation production duties as assigned.
  5. Perform all duties according to trained safety standards.
  6. Adhere to Loss Prevention and inventory control and compliance procedures.
  7. Maintain regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

REQUIREMENTS
  1. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position - bending, lifting, grasping and moving continuously throughout the shift.
  2. Good verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work as a team to achieve goals
