The Bodewell eCommerce Marketing Associate supports the execution of digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives across GE Appliances' direct-to-consumer channels. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day operational tasks including campaign execution, promotional setup, content updates, and reporting. The coordinator works closely with affiliate and growth team members to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with business objectives.PositionBodewell eCommerce Marketing AssociateLocationUSA, Louisville, KYHow You'll Create Possibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute digital campaigns including email, promotions, and on-site merchandising updates across eCommerce platforms.

  • Support affiliate program execution by assisting with offer setup, link validation, asset coordination, and reporting.

  • Manage promotional setup including promo IDs, offer configuration, and campaign deployment within internal systems.

  • Upload and maintain website content, including product updates, promotional assets, and merchandising changes.

  • Pull, maintain, and update performance reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.

  • Support and refine reporting processes by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and usability of reports.

  • Monitor the competitive landscape, tracking promotions, pricing, and marketing activity, and share observations with the team.

  • Coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and timelines with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand, and Product.

  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy of campaigns, links, promotions, and site content.

  • Monitor site activity and escalate issues related to customer experience, orders, or promotions.

  • Utilize internal tools (e.g., Jira, CMS, analytics platforms) to manage workflows and ensure timely execution.

  • Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of operational processes.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field

  • 1 year of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Basic analytical skills and experience working with Excel or similar tools

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to follow defined processes and execute with accuracy

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools

Desired Characteristics

  • Exposure to eCommerce platforms, CMS tools, or digital marketing systems

  • Familiarity with email marketing or campaign execution

  • Interest in affiliate, performance marketing, or digital commerce

  • Willingness to learn new tools and processes
