Starting Rate of pay: $23.34/HR
$1.00/HR additional for shift premium
Shifts Available and Hours:
12-hour continental night shift: 7:15 PM - 7:15 AM
What you will be doing
  • Ability to work safely and effectively, meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Process material through AS400 system.
  • Ensure all bundles are packed per the pack codes.
  • Ensure piece counts are accurate and correct profiles are packed.
  • Responsible for safe operation of the Emmebi machine.
  • Loading proper plastic gauge wrap into machine.
  • Load proper size wood battens.
  • Print all drawings and instructions for each batch.

What will make you successful?
Required Education/Experience:
  • The ability to work any shift.
  • Must complete internal or external assessment to determine appropriatecommunication, math, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds with a partner.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 years of manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Fabrication processes is a plus.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fluency in English- both written and verbally.
  • Must have ability to work at a fast pace.
  • Maintain all the required standards for meeting or exceeding production goals.
  • Leadership and coaching.
  • Team player; ability to work as a team.
  • Self-starter; Adaptable to change.
  • Ability to prioritize needs.
