We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to join the growing team in Muscatine, Iowa! The RBT will work directly under the supervision of a BCBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong interest in behavioral therapy.

Job Responsibilities:
Direct Therapy
Provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions to clients in homes and schools
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by our BCBA's.
Data Collection and Reporting
Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress during each session.
Communicate client progress and any concerns to the supervising BCBA.
Client and Family Interaction
Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and their families.
Provide guidance and support to families to help generalize skills learned in therapy.
Job Qualifications:
Experience as an RBT
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and instructions.
Valid driver's license/reliable transportation
