Job description

About the Role

Landing is hiring a Paid Social & OTA Marketing Manager to own three of our highest-leverage demand channels: Paid Social, Organic Social, and OTA marketing. This is a builder's seat. You'll set strategy, run campaigns, and design the systems behind them, with AI embedded in how you work, not bolted on.

We want someone who's already run real budgets, moves fast, thinks commercially, and is using AI to do more than their peers โ€” not someone learning spend management on the job.

What You'll Own

  • Paid Social โ€” Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Campaigns measured against CAC, ROAS, and booked-night targets.
  • Organic Social โ€” voice, content, cadence, and platform strategy. Build an audience that actually converts, not just follows.
  • OTA marketing โ€” sponsored placements, promotions, and merchandising across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and others. Drive visibility and conversion where guests are already shopping.
  • AI-native execution โ€” use Claude, Midjourney, and whatever comes next to generate creative, automate workflows, and move 5โ€“10x faster than a traditional marketer.
  • Experimentation โ€” run a continuous backlog of tests across audiences, creative, placements, and landing pages. Kill what doesn't work. Scale what does.
  • Systems โ€” build repeatable processes so wins compound instead of disappearing into a one-off campaign.

What We're Looking For

  • 3โ€“5 years managing paid social campaigns, with direct, hands-on ownership of budgets in the $50Kโ€“$150K/month range โ€” not just executing someone else's media plan.
  • A track record of hitting or beating CAC and ROAS targets you can speak to with real numbers, not vibes.
  • Experience scaling a channel or campaign from a smaller base, and the judgment to know when to kill underperformers versus double down.
  • Genuine AI fluency โ€” you're already using it daily to move faster, and you have opinions about where it breaks.
  • Comfortable owning a P&L-level view of a channel: spend, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and how they connect to the business.
  • High ownership. You'd rather ship something imperfect this week than polish something perfect next month.
  • Sharp taste for culture, trends, and what actually captures attention โ€” vs. what just looks good in a deck.

What Success Looks Like in Year One

  • Paid Social hits defined CAC and ROAS targets at scale, with a repeatable creative engine behind it.
  • Organic Social has a clear voice, a real audience, and measurable contribution to direct demand.
  • OTA channels drive materially more bookings through paid placements, promotions, and optimization.
  • A tested, documented playbook for each channel โ€” not just campaigns, but systems that outlast any one hire.

Why This Role Matters

Landing's growth depends on building strong, efficient demand, not renting it forever from ad networks. This role shapes how Landing shows up in the places people are already looking for somewhere to stay, and builds the demand muscle that makes our unit economics shine.

Benefits & Perks

Landing aims to create a workplace that fosters both personal and professional growth. We offer a competitive benefits package we are proud to share with you!

  • Solid compensation package + stock options
  • Comprehensive benefits โ€” Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and AD&D, Disability, Mental Health, Pet, Commuter, and FSA or HSA
  • 401(k) plan and access to ImmediatePay
  • Super generous PTO policy
  • Opportunities for upward mobility โ€” we want you to grow with us!
  • Explore and travel comfortably โ€” free nights in a Landing home per year

Landing is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, and related conditions, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, military service or obligation, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
