The Job:
As the National Account Manager-Strategic End Users, you will lead the overall strategy with a major general contractor to driveadoption ofDEWALTtools andtotaljobsite solutions. This rolebuilds strongenterprise-level partnerships that aligntheDEWALT professional tool portfolio with the customer's safety, productivity, and standardization goals. Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across procurement, operations, safety, project management, and executive leadership, this role requires a commercially driven leader with strong strategic account management experience, deep knowledge of construction environments, and a passion for helping contractors improve jobsite outcomes through innovative, professional-grade solutions. The ideal candidate willidentifygrowth opportunities, lead complex customer engagements, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that strengthen DEWALT's position as a preferred partner on the jobsite. You'll get to:

  • Own and grow a strategic national account relationship with a large general contractor, with a focus on expanding DEWALT's presence across jobsites, regions, and project teams.
  • Develop and execute a multi-year account strategy to increase adoption of inherently safe tools, connected jobsite solutions, and standardized equipment platforms.
  • Position DEWALT as a strategic partner by aligning customer priorities around safety, productivity, uptime, and workforce efficiency with tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across safety, field operations, procurement, project leadership, and senior management.
  • Identifyopportunities to replace higher-risk or less efficient methods with safer, more productive DEWALT solutions.
  • Lead customer business reviews, account planning sessions, and implementation roadmaps tied to measurable business and jobsite outcomes.
  • Drive pilot programs, field evaluations, and rollout plans that support successful adoption and long-term standardization.
  • Partner withcross functional teams including but not limited tofield sales,tradespecialists, product teams, training resources, and marketing to delivercoordinatedcustomer experience.
  • Monitor pipeline, account performance, adoption trends, and forecast accuracy; communicate progress and opportunitiestointernal leadership.
  • Gather customer insights on jobsite needs, safety challenges, and emerging trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent DEWALT professionally at customer meetings, job sites, trade events, and industry engagements.

The Person:

  • 5+ years of experience in national account management, strategic sales, business development, enterprise selling, or other relevant sectors
  • Experience working with large general contractors, construction companies, industrial distributors, or professional end users; familiar with contractor buying processes, fieldoperationsand construction safety protocols
  • Industry knowledge of large-scale commercial, civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction segments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-level customer relationships across geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Experience with professional power tools, hand tools, accessories, storage, jobsite technology, or construction safety solutions strongly preferred
  • Change management experience;supporting implementationandtraining in field-based environmentspreferred
  • Demonstratedsuccess driving product adoption, standardization, or enterprise agreements within construction or industrial environments.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation capability, and experience managing long-cycle, strategic opportunities.
  • Ability to travel 60%with overnightsto customer offices, job sites, and internal meetings

The Total Target Cash Compensation range for this position is $105,000.00 - $169,100.00
