Job Description GOMO is looking for a Product Owner who will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of GOMO's Engagement & Ecosystem features and products. You will design customer-centric experiences that drive engagement and loyalty by combining customer insights, behavioral data, and business priorities into scalable digital solutions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRODUCT & EXPERIENCE STRATEGY- Own the end-to-end design of customer experiences across key engagement and ecosystem journeys.
Define and continuously refine experience based on customer insights, behavioral trends, business objectives, and market opportunities.
Conduct product fit assessments to ensure new and existing features address customer needs and business goals.
PRODUCT ROADMAP
Define and own the product roadmap for Engagement & Ecosystem initiatives aligned with GOMO's engagement strategy.
Translate customer and business requirements into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Drive alignment on priorities, roadmap, dependencies, and delivery timelines and present roadmap updates and initiative performance to leadership.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Design and enhance digital experiences that increase customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy beyond connectivity.
Lead the development of strategic ecosystem and experience initiatives including:

Customer Care
Personalized engagement
Rewards, loyalty, and engagement features
Conduct regular product reviews and recommend enhancements based on data, insights, and evolving customer needs.
