Job Summary
Position Summary: Join the team at University Ridge Golf Course and help create an exceptional on-course experience for our guests. As a Beverage Cart Attendant & Bartender, you will provide outstanding hospitality by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking food orders, and delivering friendly, attentive service to golfers throughout the course. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, engaging with guests, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Anticipated start date: Immediately!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service while serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with all state and local regulations.
  • Safely and responsibly operate the beverage cart throughout the golf course.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional beverage cart presentation at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure the cart remains fully stocked throughout each shift.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter transactions into the POS system.
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
  • Build positive relationships with golfers through friendly, professional interactions.
  • Follow all Levy policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service, timekeeping, and meal/rest break compliance.
  • Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support golf course and food & beverage operations.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Previous bartending, beverage cart, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Must successfully pass a motor vehicle background check.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and special events.
