Job description

Job Summary

Pine Trace Golf Club is looking for reliable, timely, and detail-oriented individuals to join our maintenance team as a member of the Grounds Crew. In this position, youโ€™ll have the opportunity to work outside, enjoy every sunrise, stay active and fit, and receive instant gratification from making daily improvements to the look and condition of the golf course! Full-time and part-time positions are available. 

Compensation Commensurate with previous experience and availability

Responsibilities

We welcome and train all experience levels. As Grounds Crew, you will be responsible for daily tasks needed to complete the grow-in process and maintain our newly grassed areas. This could include:

  • Mowing

  • Fertilizing

  • Weeding

  • General landscape work 

  • Use of handheld equipment or ride-on machines

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for applicants who are:  

  • Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.  

  • Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.  

  • A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with other maintenance staff.

  • Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Valid Drivers License is required for some tasks. 

  • Prior experience in golf and customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
