Golf Simulator Installation Specialist
This position requires travel throughout the US.

At The Indoor Golf Shop, we’re transforming how people experience golf. From luxury home setups to commercial golf facilities, we design and install premium golf simulator environments nationwide. In this role, you won’t just install equipment—you’ll build incredible golf environments that customers are genuinely excited about.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and complete on-site golf simulator installations from start to finish
  • Install components such as:
    • Simulator screens amp; enclosures
    • Turf amp; subfloor systems
    • Wall and ceiling protection
    • Sensors, cameras, TVs, and monitors
  • Work closely with the Installation Project Manager to execute each project
  • Ensure a high-quality, polished final product in customer spaces
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers onsite
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real-time
  • Travel across the U.S. (approx. 85% travel)
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of construction, installation, or handyman experience
  • Comfortable using power tools and reading project plans
  • Experience with AV equipment or basic PC setup (a plus!)
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
  • Excellent communication and professionalism (you’ll be in customers’ homes)
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or GED

Bonus if you have:

  • Carpeting or flooring experience
  • Interest in golf or understanding of the golf swing
