Job description

Tansky Powersports is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Service Associate. If you’ve got basic mechanical skills and a strong work ethic, this is your chance to grow with a high-energy dealership where every day brings something new.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support service operations and keep the shop running smoothly
  • Perform basic services: oil changes, tire changes, battery replacements
  • Assemble new units (uncrating, prepping, test riding)
  • Complete pre-delivery inspections for sold units to ensure they’re customer-ready
  • Install accessories and assist with light diagnostics
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Coordinate with other service techs and management for daily workflow

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in basic mechanical services (oil/tire changes required)

        •    Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

        •    Comfortable using hand tools and working around powersports vehicles

        •    Able to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day

        •    A self-starter who wants to grow in the powersports industry

  • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check

  • Must have clean & valid driver's license
