Weekend Receptionist
Jonathan's Landing Golf Club - Jupiter, FL
Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays

The Position

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, the Weekend Receptionist sets the tone for every visit to the Club. We're looking for a warm, professional presence to manage front desk operations, handle member and guest inquiries, and support the Club's administrative needs.

During season (October through May), this role works both Saturday and Sunday. Outside of season (June through September), Sunday shifts are optional, giving you flexibility during the club's summer months.

What You'll Do

  • Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer phone calls and inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate department
  • Provide information about the Club's amenities, events, and services
  • Book and manage dining reservations and keep the relevant team informed of their status
  • Maintain accurate records of member and guest interactions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with general office tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentation-ready
  • Ensure informational materials are current and readily available
  • Coordinate with other departments to support smooth day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with members, guests, and team members
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with reservation systems or Jonas is a plus
  • Prior experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role preferred
  • Experience in a country club, golf facility, or hospitality setting is a plus
