Job description

Esplanade Wiregrass Ranch, located in Wesley Chapel, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Barista/Cafe Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Explains menu items to customers and guests
  • Makes and serves beverages
  • Provides efficient, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests
  • Takes and prepares food and drink orders, including gourmet coffees and lattes, beer and wine, flatbreads, paninis, wraps, and light café offerings
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and organized café, bar, and service area
  • Demonstrates responsible cash handling and point-of-sale accuracy
  • Assists with restocking, setup, and breakdown of café items as needed
  • Delivers a welcoming and positive member experience at all times

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience preferred but not required
  • Friendly, welcoming attitude

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Must maintain a current Food Handler Card and OLCC Service Permit
