Job Title: Golf Pro Shop Attendant
Job Summary:
The Golf Pro Shop Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service to members and guests while supporting the daily operations of the pro shop. This role involves assisting customers with merchandise, processing sales, managing tee times, and ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
  •  Assist guests with purchasing golf equipment, apparel, and accessories. 
  •  Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately. 
  •  Schedule and manage tee times, reservations, and check-ins.
  •  Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about course information, pricing, and availability. 
  •  Maintain shop appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and keeping the area clean. 
  •  Handle opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation. 
  •  Coordinate with golf course staff to ensure smooth daily operations. 
  •  Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies. 

Qualifications:
  •  High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  •  Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. 
  •  Basic knowledge of golf equipment and terminology (preferred but not required) 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems. 
  •  Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. 

Physical Requirements:
  •  Ability to stand for extended periods.
